Salmon Bowl

Smoked Salmon Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1–2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or sushi rice)

  • 1 spoonful furikake (optional)

  • 2 scoops pickled red onions

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 5 slices peppered smoked salmon

  • ½ carrot, peeled into ribbons or shredded

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice by adding 1–2 cups of cooked rice to a bowl. Sprinkle with furikake, if using.

  2. Arrange the pickled red onions, avocado slices, carrot ribbons, and smoked salmon on top of the rice.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and hot sauce until smooth to create the spicy mayo.

  4. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the bowl or serve it on the side.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy while fresh.
