Salmon Avocado Toast

Salmon Avocado Toast on Sourdough

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread (Rudi’s)

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (Leucerne)

  • 1/2 avocado, mashed

  • 2–3 slices smoked salmon (Costco lox-style salmon)

  • A sprinkle of furikake seasoning

Instructions

  1. Toast the slice of sourdough bread (Rudi’s) until golden and crisp.

  2. Spread the cream cheese (Leucerne) evenly over the toast while it's still warm.

  3. Mash the avocado and spread it over the cream cheese.

  4. Layer the smoked salmon (Costco lox) on top of the avocado.

  5. Sprinkle furikake over the top.

  6. Serve immediately. Optionally add a squeeze of lemon or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
