Single-Serve Ramekin Brownie
Ingredients

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1½ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tablespoon egg white

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 6–8 oz ramekin.

In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.

Stir in egg white and vanilla extract.

Mix in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until fully combined.

Fold in chocolate chips if using.

Spoon batter into ramekin, smooth the top, and bake for 15–18 minutes or until set on the edges and slightly gooey in the center.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
