Nectarine Yogurt Toast on Sourdough

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread (Rudi’s)

  • 2 spoonfuls Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1/2 ripe nectarine, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Toast the slice of sourdough bread (Rudi’s) until golden and slightly crisp.

  2. Spread the Greek yogurt over the toast.

  3. Arrange the nectarine slices evenly on top.

  4. Drizzle with maple syrup and honey.

  5. Serve immediately as a light breakfast or snack.
