Chocolate Banana Bread
Single-Serve Banana Oat Bread
Ingredients

40 grams rolled oats (about 1/2 cup)

1/2 ripe banana, mashed (plus a few slices for topping, optional)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)

Optional toppings: banana slices, chocolate chips, or chopped chocolate
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mash the banana and mix in the vanilla extract and honey.

Stir in the oats and baking powder until well combined.

Spoon the mixture into a greased 6-ounce ramekin and smooth the top.

Add banana slices or chocolate on top if using.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm straight from the ramekin or let it cool completely and remove.
