Burrata Toast

Burrata Tomato Toast on Sourdough

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread (Rudi’s)

  • 1/2 medium tomato, sliced

  • 1/2 ball burrata cheese (Trader Joe’s)

  • 1–2 teaspoons pesto (Trader Joe’s Genova Pesto or Vegan Kale Pesto)

Instructions

  1. Toast the sourdough bread (Rudi’s) until golden and slightly crisp.

  2. Spread or spoon the pesto (Trader Joe’s) over the warm toast.

  3. Layer tomato slices on top.

  4. Gently tear or scoop the burrata (Trader Joe’s) and place over the tomato.

  5. Optionally, drizzle with olive oil or sprinkle with black pepper or sea salt.

  6. Serve immediately while the toast is still warm and the burrata is creamy.
