Single-Serve Blueberry Crumble
Ingredients
For the filling:

3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
For the crumble topping:

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon rolled oats

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

1 tablespoon cold unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the blueberries, cinnamon, sugar, and cornstarch.

Spoon the filling into a greased 6-ounce ramekin.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, salt, and sugar.

Add the cold, cubed butter and use a fork or your fingers to work it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blueberry filling.

Place the ramekin on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbling.

Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm, plain or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
